Regeneration. These spats are worthy of protecting your ankles when slaying hydras and capturing Cretan bulls. It is muddy work, after all. With a simple cable pattern to show off the nine-headed hydra, you can be confident about putting your best foot forward. You may find using your weaker foot as well in these situations is better for balancing.
