Meet your new perfect fall cardigan. This oversized beauty features a button band, split hem, ballon sleeves, v-neckline, and optional pockets!

This design features my Reina collection stitch pattern, alternating herringbone half double crochet and yarn under herringbone half double crochet (photo and video tutorials are included). A basic sc blo ribbing is added for gorgeous contrasting texture.

And as an added bonus, you will receive the Reina Head Wrap free with this pattern. The head wrap pattern will help you familiarize yourself with the stitch pattern to make your gauge more accurate. Based on tester input, their gauges changed drastically once they got comfortable with the stitch pattern, so they suggested a bonus mini pattern to help familiarize people with the unique yarn under herringbone half double crochet.

This design is graded to have 5-8” (13-20cm) of positive ease so that it can button comfortably around your hips. If you would like a closer fitting cardigan, I would recommend sizing down.
