This Cowl was designed to complement “Native Swirl Socks Pattern” featuring Green Tea Yarn’s Mangosteen DK. Mangosteen is 75% merino and 25% nylon.
It is durable, strong, and machine washable but equally soft too; perfect for this design.
The design reminds me of how harsh Australia is with its bushfires, floods, deadly snakes and spiders, yet also strong and resilient, both the land and the people.
Out of the rubble we see compassion of our multicultural community coming together to help and support both our people, animals and land alike.
Then comes the rejuvenation, new growth and life reborn.
