Instructions for Small, Medium, Large and Xtra-Large are INCLUDED

The main pattern is for size EURO 36 / US 6 / UK 3.5 feet, but size adjustment instructions are included at the end for sizes:
M: EURO 39 / US 8.5 / UK 6
L: EURO 43/ US 9 / UK 9.5
XL: EURO 46 / US 12 / UK 11
