Renee's Scarf
If you find something confusing in the pattern, please do let me know either in a comment on the blog or here on Ravelry.
The name is because I made the scarf for my step-mother, Rene, who finds purple to be an utterly divine color (smart woman). Since the scarf is now in Washington while I’m in California, I’m left with estimates, but the width was between 8 and 10 inches (a little wider than my spread hand) and long enough for both ends to drape below my waist, so at least 5 feet long.
I’m not sure about the yardage. I kept going until I was mostly thru one skein of the Naturally Caron Country for the main color, and I had left more than 2/3s of the skein I used for the border color in Spa.
