YEEEEEEHAW!!!! Willow has been sweating hard at the ranch to bring you the latest adventure! Ridable reptiles!?! You can’t just ride off unprepared, though, so the saddles are packed full of accessories and tools.

This project is massive, and the majority of the work is the lizard. It will probably take 1-2 months to complete, so be prepared! This pattern involves some advanced things, but I have included detailed instructions and many pictures. If you aren’t good at counting before you start…you will be by the time this is over. I am available if you need any help, but this pattern is not for beginners.

“What all is in the pattern?”
Everything shown except the cat. The pattern is enormous, so it’s separated into three different PDFs:

• Lizard PDF: You guessed it. The lizard.
• Saddle PDF: Saddle, Bridle, Canteen/Canteen Holder, Rope/Rope Holder, Saddlebag, and the Saddlebag accessories (fish, lollipop, mouse, phone, raspberry)
• Clothing PDF: Cowboy hat, chaps with spurs, and the bolo tie.

There is a combined list for making one of everything, but each PDF also has a separate list of the yarn needed for that section.

Measurement Reference for the cat:
11” head around the forehead
11” waist
7” from waist to the bottom of her foot
15” from head to toe

I crocheted the pants with 4.25 dc per inch (47 stitches in 11”)
I crocheted the hat with about 5 sc per inch

The pants are designed to be slightly stretchy, and they fit her in a comfortable loose.

The cat is a 15” Bearington, and the clothing also fits 15” flat-laying TY beanie buddies.
