Rescue Fly
These quirky colourful flies with their simple smiling mouths are proof that anything can be cute if you give it big enough eyes.
A Rescue Fly is a fun, fast make that’s great for stash-busting and markets.
This beginner friendly pattern includes detailed step-by-step instructions, links to video tutorials and lots of photos.
As well as the pattern, there’s a PDF with my printable ‘Fly to the Rescue’ packaging, which you are very welcome to use when you gift or sell your Rescue Fly. This quirky packaging is a fun finishing touch for these simple toys and definitely increases their appeal. I also suggest giving each fly a name, so I’ve included a list of my go-to ‘fly names’ to help get your creativity flowing when you first start trying to name your fly friends.
