Truly a scarf for Covid times. This Resilience Scarf pattern was designed in response to the trials and tribulations of these unprecedented years. Let’s hope that the stresses and strains we’ve experienced can lead to a blossoming of new ideas and insights.

This pattern was created in partnership with Great Southern Yarn for their beautiful, soft, 5-ply (sport weight) merino yarn. It is worked mainly with a 5.00mm hook and uses a 2.5mm hook for the dangles.

Lengthways rows are worked first. Horizontal rows are then worked into the wide end of the first part. Leaves and flowers are worked at the ends of certain rows as you go along.

It is an intermediate crochet project that comes with both Australian/UK and US terminology.
