Amigurumi of a donkey lying down. The finished product is about 6 inches from nose to tail and 6 inches from belly to ears. Can be turned into a horse by making smaller ears (not included in pattern).

I used L&T Impeccable with a 3.5 mm hook, but the proportions should work with any yarn, it’ll just change size. Much less than a skein of each is needed; it’s a good scrap yarn project for earth tones (or if you want a very colorful donkey!).

Colors needed: a body color, (optional) belly color, interior ear color, nose color, and hoof color, and black for the eyes unless using safety eyes. Many of these may end up the same color. Color change as desired to make your custom donkey.
