Retro Baby Bib
This baby bib pattern is an amalgamation of a baby bib pattern from Star Baby Book no. 20 by the American Thread Company (1942), my own modifications, and A Complete Collection of Crochet Designs (1932).
To be perfectly honest, the original baby bib pattern had some flaws in the edging that made it so that any baby could probably rip it apart in a few minutes. My niece certainly could have. I had to make some adjustments to increase the sturdiness.
And I liked the lace pattern from 1932 better than the 1942 version.
