This PDF pattern is for BOTH the ‘cable twist’ and ‘cable plait’ versions of this pattern from the Jam Made Retrovert Series.

These are fun patterns, that are fast and easy to work up. Great for rockabilly, pin up and as a retro photography prop.

The designs allow for choice of yarn weight from 5, 8 or 10 ply.

You will work cable stitches, make a button hole, increase and decrease to make these patterns.

You’ll work 2 strands of yarn together for the 5 or 8 ply and single strand for 10 ply. Of course, the 8 ply choice will be a much chunkier headband and the 5 ply, smaller and suitable for young girls. Work an extra pattern repeat for adults.
