Remember when babies were wrapped up in beautiful cellular blankets? Well now you can make your very own. This is a simple pattern and is made by using the crochet Filet technique.

This pattern comes in three sizes, newborn blanket size, baby blanket size and larger blanket size and uses Cotton yarn with a 4mm hook.

It requires approximately 400g of cotton yarn for the newborn blanket size, 600g for the baby blanket size and 800g for the larger blanket size.

You can use any yarn or hook to suit your preference but this will alter the size of your blanket.
