The Retro Flower Table Runner reminds me of the Retro colors and therefore I decided on the name for it. The table runner consists out of 14 octagon motifs with a beautiful lacy border. The motifs are joined with a zigzag join method. You can use your own join method.

More motifs can be made to create a throw or a shawl. Or for a scatter cushion cover. There are many ways to use the motifs for all types of items.

The yarn used for the design is MoYa Shimmer, a blend of 50% cotton and 50% bamboo. It is a beautiful proudly South African yarn. Very soft and a shine because of the bamboo in it. I used a 3.5mm crochet hook.

The design was tested by Antonette Grobler and Dalene Groenewald. And I want to thank them for testing it. You will find the photos of their runners here too. MoYa Shimmer was used for it as well.
