This pattern is intended for beginners. You should know how to work a Magic Ring, basic stitches and how to sew pieces together. This pattern is written using American terms. This pattern is worked in continuous rounds, do not turn your work. You can use any size hook from 2mm-4mm, finished sizes will vary depending on hook size and yarn used. I used a 2.75mm hook and mine is approx. 3 inches in diameter.
