Retro Tube Socks pattern, an easy and quick project - and the best of all; they have no heels.

These are a great gifts or perfect when you need a quick, simple project. You can knit the socks with or without stripes, use some scrap yarn for the stripes and knit the socks in what color you prefer.

The pattern includes 2 sizes:

S/M (women) and L/XL (men)

Skill level 1 & 2: Beginner/Easy

The pattern includes knit and purl stitches and decreasing stitches. You will find link in the pattern showing how to decrease. It is written in English and has written detailed instructions row by row.

The socks are knitted in the round with DPNs or with magic loop on circular needles, choose which technique you prefer.

You will need:

  • DPNs or circular needles: US 6/ 4 mm / UK 8
  • Yarn (merino wool, wool, acrylic or any other DK/light worsted/8 ply yarn)
  • Tapestry needle

Materials: 100 g (150) g of Drops Karisma White
20 g of Drops Karisma each Red and Blue.

In yards: 220 (330) /white color
45 of each red and blue color

The socks are knitted in Drops Karisma (1 skein = 50 grams/109 yards).

If the socks will be used frequently, I recommend using a sock yarn, which has a nylon component and makes it stronger.
