This is a lovely deep red shawl (mindful of the bloodshed on Culloden Moor) with black beadwork (printshop ink) in the lace section. It is a long rectangle with short row shaping in stockinet to create a slight crescent curve in the middle. The bead design displays a ship on the water. 72” long and 24” at the widest part in the middle. The lace repeat is super easy to memorize and the knitting goes fast. Pattern includes charts for lace and beads.
