This lovely cabled scarf is completely reversible!
The woven cables are made in such a way that the pattern is perfectly mirrored on the back side!
Dimensional scallops edge each side, with an eyelet steek for visual appeal. The scallops and eyelet steek are knitted row by row as you work the cables.
The best part of this scarf is that it is easy to work! Knowledge of Knit, Purl, YO and cables are required.
When the scarf is worked to the desired length, it can be seamed to form an infinity scarf, or left long with fringe added to each end.
This scarf looks best in a solid-color yarn with a smooth texture. I feel that space-dyed, hand painted, or other colorful yarns do not allow the cables to show well.
