Reversible Knit Beanie With Loopy Top
This is a very quick knit, and a very versatile hat. If you need it for a photo prop, think about using a neutral color and adding a detachable flower pin or ribbon to “girl it up.”
The newborn size yields enough leftover yarn to make the loopy top embellishment. (Simple instructions included.) Or cut the loops and you have a floppy pompom instead.
Fully reversible, if you knit it in-the-round or if you make a neat back seam on the back-and-forth version.
The contrast color brim is optional, and is done with single crochet after finishing the hat.
