There are two versions included in this pattern: the first is a simple 3x3 ribbed moebius perfect for a beginner, the second utilizes a reversible faux cable. Thanks to the magic of Cat Bordhi’s Moebius Cast On, most people will have a hard time finding the cast on row.

I did not give a gauge for the ribbed version because of how stretchy it is. I used a dk weight mystery yarn from my stash and it fits both bigger and smaller than the aran / worsted weight varieties because of the ribbing.

Also, Lang Yarns Mille Colori 200g does not have its own page on Ravelry. I mention this because there are 380m on the 200g ball. Using the size ball that does have its own page would mean using two balls and having a join somewhere in your cowl.
