This cozy little neck warmer whips up fast, and it’s double-sided, so when you’re finished, it’s essentially two neck warmers in one. I used a boucle yarn on the inside, giving the impression of a sheepskin lining, but you can use any type of yarn you want. If you don’t have bulky yarn on hand, you can try using two strands of worsted weight yarn, although I can’t vouch for the results.

This is a true neck warmer. It’s not really a cowl. Although it does bunch a little bit, it doesn’t hang or drape like a traditional cowl and provides little warmth for the chest. But it’s perfect for when you just need a little something to keep your neck from freezing where it sticks out of your starter jacket. Heh.
