Reversible Ribbed Cowl
This is a very warm and beautifully textured cowl design that is easy to memorize with a one row pattern repeat. It is completely reversible.
Note: It is expected that the outer edges will curl due to the use of the fpdc on one side only. If you prefer a non-curling edge, you could replace the dc in the (contrasting sections only) with a bpdc. It may help to counter-act the curl.
Level: Advanced Beginner
Crocheted using American crochet terminology
Striping effect is the result of using a self-striping worsted weight yarn.
Stitches used:
ch=chain
dc = double crochet
fpdc = front post double crochet
ss = slip stitch
Finished dimensions are 7” wide X 46” long (around) and can easily be adjusted to suit your preference.
