This is an easy pattern that is knit in the round using one skein of yarn and creates a reversible spiral rib patterned cowl. The ribs are thicker on one side and thinner on the other.

Finished Measurements are between 11” and 12” wide by 10” tall when laid flat before blocking.

Gauge is not terribly important but will affect final measurements. Gauge is given for both Knitwits Freia Ombre Super Bulky and Madelinetosh A.S.A.P.

A 16” circular needle in either US 15 (10mm) or US 17 (12mm) is used for cowl. Needles 2 sizes larger are optional for bind off.
