I made Rexy for a friend of mine who collects dinosaurs. When she asked me to make her a friendly T-rex, I looked around for a pattern I liked and was inspired by T-Rex Dino by Tiny Mini Design. However, I could not find a written pattern for this dinosaur, so I eventually decided to model my own based on photos. He is entirely my own creation…enjoy!

…the arms need stuffing. I forgot to specifically state stuff the arms on the PDF, but please stuff the arms as you go, before sewing onto the body.
…I did not include notes for sewing the mouth. I embroidered a straight line for his mouth, and I whip stitched triangles for teeth. I hope you’ll be able to use my photos as a guide for when you sew the mouth into your Rexy.
