Rhodes - a piano hat

Rhodes was inspired by my flatmate’s job and his obsession for keyboards and sythesizers, and his need for warm ears, too.
He requested a stocking hat, but you can easily convert this into a beanie or even a headband.
The folded hem and the colorwork make this hat extra cozy and warm around the ears.
The pattern is given in only one size and should fit most adults.
Instructions are given to convert this into a beanie or a headband.
For the stocking hat as in the picture or the beanie, you’ll need three balls of black and one ball of white yarn.

Rhodes - die Piano-­Mütze

Mein Mitbewohner ist Pianist und hat ein Faible für Synthesizer und alte E- Pianos. Weil er außerdem auch gerne warme Ohren hat, ist diese Mütze entstanden.
Er wünschte sich eine Zipfelmütze, man kann Rhodes aber auch problemlos als normale Mütze oder Stirnband arbeiten.
Durch das doppelte Bündchen und das Farbmuster ist die Mütze an den Ohren besonders warm und kuschelig.
Die Anleitung ist in einer Größe angegeben und sollte den meisten Erwachsenen passen.
Außerdem wird erklärt, wie man Rhodes als normale Mütze oder auch als Stirnband arbeiten kann.
Für die Zipfelmütze wie auf dem Foto oder eine normale Mütze benötigt man 3 Knäuel schwarzes und 1 Knäuel weißes Garn.
