“Rhythm Of Time”

This is a cowl that is suitable for any beginner wanting to do something different with the knit and purl stitches, as well as an advanced knitter looking for a cowl that’s a quick make and has a meaning behinds its creation.

The movement of the finished stitches echoes the peaks and troughs through time, that we ourselves live through or we read about in history. Life has no straight lines for us to follow, we walk our individual paths and its only by looking behind ourselves from time to time we can realise how our actions have created the trail we leave behind us and how we touch others lives as we do so.

For me, this is a piece about creating it for someone else, someone who our life path has touched and had meaning, or to create it for yourself, in the reminder that life will always have bends in the road, but that they are there for a reason.

Its suitable for all abilities and I hope you carry my thoughts whilst creating and enjoy the finished cowl.
