Sizing:
I recommend choosing a size based on your upper chest measurement, or the one that will fit your shoulders best.
Intended to fit an upper chest of 31”, 34.25”, 37.5”, (40.75”, 44”, 47.35”) {50.5”, 53.75”, 57”, 60.25”} / 77.5 cm, 85.5 cm, 94 cm, (102 cm, 110 cm, 118 cm) {126.5 cm, 134.5 cm, 142.5 cm, 150.5 cm}.
and a full bust of 30”, 34”, 38”, (42”, 46”, 50”) {54”, 58”, 62”, 66”} / 75 cm, 85 cm, 95 cm, (105 cm, 115 cm, 125 cm) {135 cm, 145 cm, 155 cm, 165 cm}.
Finished garment bust circumference:
32”, 35.5”, 39”, (42.75”, 48”, 51.5”) {55”, 58.75”, 64”, 67.5”} / 80 cm, 89 cm, 98 cm, (106.5 cm, 120 cm, 129 cm) {138 cm, 146.5 cm, 160 cm, 169 cm}
Meant to be worn with 1.25” / 3 cm of positive ease at the bust. I recommend choosing the size graded for your Upper Chest measurement.
If between sizes, size down. Many test knitters preferred a tighter fit.
Please see the size chart and schematic in the photos for additional garment measurements. The top 4 rows are body measurements, A-E are garment measurements.
Sample is size 2 worn with the recommended ease, 2” / 5 cm bust darts, and the waist shaping option. I am 5’6” / 166 cm.
As with all my size inclusive garment patterns, you can use the code ANTIFATTAX to get 20% off the pattern, intended for sizes 6-10 to help combat the extra costs incurred by knitting larger sizes.

Jody Long Coastline 2, 3, 3, (3, 3, 4) {4, 4, 4, 5} balls (218 yards / 200 meters per 100 g), 33% Cotton, 28% Viscose, 27% Nylon, 12% Linen, in the color ‘Shell’.
OR 425, 469, 514, (561, 624, 668) {713, 779, 857, 918} yards / 390, 430, 472, (515, 572, 613) {654, 715, 786, 843} meters of comparable aran weight yarn.
An additional 8 yards / 8 meters will be needed if working the A-line shaping.

Additional yardage may be needed if working the bust darts, lengthening the body, or adding additional A-line shaping.
