The pattern as written is for baby booties, but it can be adjusted for any size foot by changing hook sizes and/or yarn weight.

The bootie as written is about three and a half inches long, toe to heel, which is what I’m using for my gauge. It is very customizeable for feet from infant to adult, as I stated. I put the difficulty at intermediate because of the construction of the ribbed cuff.
