Ribbed Potted Cactus
This pattern is perfect for those who, like me, kill any plant that is left in their home. I have trouble keeping anything green alive, so this is my solution. This cactus is an advanced beginner pattern that uses front post and back post hdc stitches to make the ribbed pattern. It is worked seamlessly in the round and the flower is sewn on at the end. I recommend using something in the base to weigh it down (I used beans) but it will stand on its own without weights if you do not stuff the bottom too full so it remains flat
