Ribbed Sock
The Ribbed Sock pattern is written to be used with a Dean and Bean’s circular sock machine, but may be adapted for use with other circular machines. A Crank Along video series is available on our YouTube channel.
This pattern can be used with any size cylinder - the most common for socks is 54, 60, 64 or 72 needles.
Our Ribbed Sock pattern uses the Dean and Bean’s ribber attachment and assumes that you are already comfortable using your knitting machine. Beginners may want to start with the Simple Sock Pattern, which introduces sock construction techniques for CSM.
