A simple beanie with vertical stripes of texture.
Pattern is written for adult medium, but is easily adjustable by adding/subtracting pattern repeats, or going up or down a needle size.
Requires around 130 - 160 yards of worsted weight yarn, depending on the size and height that is desired.
My example was knit in reclaimed yarn from an old sweater, so I have no brand or colorway to name, but any worsted weight yarn should work just fine. I used 16” 4.5 mm circular needles, but any method for working in the round should do just fine.
