Ribbon inspired cowl
This cowl feels unbelievably soft and cozy. It also is a fun knit. The yarn I used shows off the lace pattern just beautifully between both, the bottom and top ribbed borders.
The pattern is entirely written and also has a lace chart for your knitting pleasure.
The unblocked size measures 21” in circumference and 9” in height.
Yarn
A single Bulk cake. 110 yards, 100 grams in a bulky weight soft Acrylic. Totally washable which is great when you wear a cowl next to your face, right?
The knit kits are available at Yarnz2go.
Notions needed
US size 15 (10 mm) circular needle 20” (51 cm) in length.
3 stitch markers, including a special one to mark the beginning of rounds.
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for finishing.
Techniques applied
Knitting and purling in the round, lace knitting, binding off, weaving in ends. Blocking is optional.
Enjoy your cowl and be sure to share pics on your project pages.
