CAST-ON 10 st/s using the long-tail cast-on method and leave a 6” tail.
R1: k2, p2, k2, p2, k2
R2: p2, k2, p2, k2, p2
R3: k2
yf + with r. needle, pick up rung as if to M1R, but DO NOT k the st.,
p2 + slip the rung you just picked up over the two purled st/s,
repeat through row, k the last 2 st/s
R4: p2, k2, p2, k2, p2
R5: k2, p2, k2, p2, k2
R6: p2, k2, p2, k2, p2
R7: Repeat R3
REPEAT Rs 4-7 as much as you want! Finish the scarf with an R6.
BIND-OFF in knit.
FINISHING TECHNIQUES
cut 12” scraps, fold in half and loop through the edge for fringe
