Fingerless mitts are extremely handy (sorry!) because not only do they keep you warm, but they also don’t stop you doing precise and important tasks - like txting, or eating ;)

This pair is designed to whip up very fast, in worsted-weight cosy wool, so they are good for everyday use, and make super gifts too. Use a really beautiful yarn or just a good workhorse blend, they work well either way.

The pattern requires use of tubular rib cast on and bind off. There are links to tutorials if you are unfamiliar with these. Alternative methods can be used if tubular is not possible for you, just make sure they are very stretchy.
