Ridgeback
I love accessories and their ability to transform outfits. And there is a special place in my heart for versatile accessories that can transform an outfit and itself no matter the season.
And if you are looking for a lightweight scarf that can be styled in a number of ways to suit not only you, but the season then Ridgeback is for you.
This is such an easy pattern to knit. It has lots of simple texture and detail that make this a fun and relaxing knit too. It’s simply a mix of stocking stitch and broken rib which creates the elegant ridged detail! It also has a neat iCord edge, but don’t panic! It’s integrated so you work it as you go!
You only need one skein of 4ply yarn to knit this tapered scarf so it’s a great project to pop into your bag for trips to the cafe, park or whilst on your travels.
But whether you knit this lovely pattern for yourself or as a gift, whether you knit it curled up on the sofa or in the garden, in your favourite outdoor spot or on holiday, you will certainly have an incredibly useful, versatile and great looking accessory that you can wear whatever the weather!
Happy Knitting!
