This sock pattern is easily adaptable to any size you would normally knit. The idea for this pattern is to feature the gorgeous variegated yarns that we all love, but can stump the best of us for how to use! (And yes, please, think of all the double entendres you can!)

Materials: 1 Skein ONline Supersocke 4fach Neon Color Two, 75% Wool/25%Nylon; or other variegated sock yarn 400m and over. Sample knit with contrast heel and toe from West Yorkshire Spinners 4 ply. It is not necessary to have a contrast heel and toe with this pattern. (My husband likes tall socks, and I didn’t want to run out halfway through the design!)

Needles: US1/2.25mm 40” (100cm) circulars for magic loop, or DPNs. Or, needles to get gauge.

Sizes: 7” (18cm); 8” (20cm); 9” (23cm) sizes. (0.5”/1cm negative ease)

Gauge: 8st & 13 rows per 1” (2.5cm)

Notions:
Tapestry needle
Ruler/tape measure

These socks can be knit toe-up or top-down. Pattern is written for toe-up socks.
