This is a super easy crochet pattern and works up very quickly. You can use 2 strands of a #4 worsted weight yarn, or you can use 1 strand of a #5 bulky weight yarn. You can wear it with the brim folded up or down. If you prefer it not folded, you can pick up stitches along the bottom edge and single crochet a band around, as you can see in a couple of the pictures (These instructions are not included in the pattern, but send me a message, and I can help you with this). This also helps give it a cleaner looking edge, and if you use a smaller hook, will help give it a more snug fit.

This pattern works up quickly and is beginner friendly and written for one size fits most teen/adult, youth, and child/toddler sizes.
