This hat was made for my 13 year old nephew, Rilee.

I have also made this pattern with a heavier worsted, Malabrigo Rios, using size 6 and 8 needles for a larger adult.

This is my very first knitting pattern. Constructive criticism is welcome to make the pattern clearer and easier to follow.

I would have liked to include a chart. Does anyone know a program to easily do this? Microsoft Excel is just not doing the job.
