The Rimrock Beanie was created to celebrate all the indy yarn dyers working their small businesses through the Covid-19 crisis of 2020. The Rimrock Beanie uses lighter weight variegated hand dyed yarn. The texture and color variation are meant to be reminiscent of the glacier peaks of Mount Rainier in Washington State that my family loves.

Both doubled dk and lighter worsted weight yarns work. Variegated yarn brings out the texture better than plain.
