Needle size depends on which yarn you use and how tight you knit, but should be something between 2,5 and 3 mm (around US 2).

Designed the original ones for my daughter in law to match with her grey and pink “Mrs Jekyll & Little Hyde” beret. Found the result worth to share and, therefore, wrote the detailed description down.
