This hat is knit with Twisted Ambitions Yarn in Wicked MCN DK weight, using intarsia knit in the round with a seamless join at the beginning and end of each round. With textured i-cord bind offs separating each block of color. You will need one main color and 4-6 contrasting colors. The blue and gray sample uses one main color (gray) and 4 contrast colors (blues)

The sample circumference is 20”-22”/50-55cm taking into consideration the ribbing for the brim is pretty stretchy.

Needles: US 4/3.5mm and US 6/4mm 40” circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge.

You will need approximately 160-170yds/146-155m for the main color and 15-20yds/14-18m for each contrast color.
