-CONSTRUCTION-
It is worked in a raglan top-down method. Cast on the neck sts onto the needle using a Provisional Cast-on, then create the neck band with Welt. After that, shape the neckline using German short row. Work the raglan inc in the round, then separate the sleeves and knit the body. Then, remove the provisional cast-on to create the neck lace edging. Pick up sts at the armhole and knit the sleeves to finish.
