The afghan as shown was knitted with the centre strip as the dark tone moving out to the light tone for outside edges. You can reverse this arrangement or select a variety of colours to suit your own decor. Whichever your choice, you will require: 3 (2 oz.) balls Dark, 6 balls Medium Dark, 6 balls Medium Light, 6 balls Light. Two No. 4 Beehive Knitting Needles.

Measurements: 52 ins. x 60 ins.

Knit 7 strips and sew together, using darker of the two colours.
