Rita was born and raised in a small village on the beautiful mountains of Epirus, Greece. Growing up she had two big dreams: to travel the world and to stop the milking of goats.
That’s why she graduated from the University of Ioannina and became a food scientist. After years of experiments she finally has invented the perfect formula for the most delicious vegan feta cheese. And that’s her ticket to make both her dreams come true! Go Rita!
