Sizing
Waist: 27” (31”, 35”, 39”) 43” or 69 (79, 89, 99) 109 cm
The sizes correspond to the circumference of where you would like your skirt to sit. Choose the closest size that is lower than your waist measurement, for example if your waist measures 37” choose the 35” size.

Materials

6 Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
2” Wide elastic – length should be your waist measurement + 1”
Sewing thread and needle to sew elastic (or sewing machine)

Gauge

Ribbing: 12 stitches x 15 rows = 2” x 2” (US 5)
Seed Stitch: 9 stitches x 13 rows = 2” x 2” (US 7)
