Pillow cover consists of center portion plus 5 ruffles.

Stitches include chain stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, shell stitches, treble crochet and picots with a total of 46 rows.

Ruffles are worked on rounds 8, 21, 22, 28 and 29. Run elastic through chain loops on round 46, sew ends together.
