River Blackwater Scarf
If you thought ribbing could only form straight lines, check out the twists and turns of this scarf! Ribbing curves down its length in an easy-to-knit motif that resembles a cable pattern (or a large river breaking into rivulets as it flows across the land).
Difficulty Easy
Finished Size 5” wide and 83” long.
Yarn Universal Yarn Deluxe Worsted Superwash (100% superwash wool): #757 coral heather, 2 balls.
Needles Size 7 (4.5 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Tapestry needle.
Gauge 19 sts and 26 rows = 4” in charted patt.
Notes This scarf is worked back and forth in rows.
