Every day I find inspiration and strength in nature, I love the way plants are perpetually looking for light and nourishment, persevere through adverse weather and know when it is the time to bloom. My scarf takes the knitter through a journey of growth, of starting again and making new connections, always with the reminder of the beauty of water and the way rivers bring communities together.

The pattern is charted only, not written row by row; it is however easy to follow as the chart looks exactly like the knitted fabric.

Materials: 2 skeins Obsession Yarns Base D, 4 ply (fingering weight) - South African Pure Merino Singles (400 metres/437 yards per 100 grams). Pictured in Spume.
