River Walk was inspired by the beautiful boardwalk in downtown Wilmington, along the Cape Fear River. Boardwalks have a minimalist feel, and so doe River Walk. The shawl is knit in garter stitch, with an understated striped section, and a delicate yet simple lace edge. The yarn used in the shawl, Berroco’s Summer Silk, is perfect for summer, is incredibly soft, as light as air, and has perfect drape after blocking.
