River's Edge Ripple

Like the wind sending ripples across the water, crocheted strips create vertical contrast to horizontal waves. Front-post and back-post stitches add texture and more movement.
If you have never done post stitches, fear not! They are just like regular stitches except that they go around the post of a stitch instead of into the top loops. You will be repeating the same two rows over and over as you make each strip, so you will probably get the hang of it quickly.
The blankets pictured have been donated to charity.
More on the gauge: in ripple pattern, each strip is 5¼ inches wide, 6 rows = 4 inches
You will need:
600 yards color A
400 yards color B
