The scarf you see on the pictures is knitted with yarn featuring artistic colors which shade easily from one color to the next in beautiful berry colors. The is worked in two halves from the ends toward the center, then the live stitches of the two pieces are grafted together. The ruffled edge is picked up from the side of the scarf and knitted with the long circular needles back and forth.
Finished measurements: about 7 1/2” (19 cm) wide with ruffled borders, 34” (86 cm) long.

The scarf looks beautiful and feminine, and the pattern, with practice, is easy to work. I named the scarf „Rjabinka“, in Russian „sweet rowan berry“. You find more knitting designs with this berry pattern on my LaKalinka’s Ravelry Patterns.

The pattern is in English. Both written and charted instructions are provided. The pattern includes a gallery with photo tutorial for bobble, cable and increasing.
